Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and authorized use

By accessing the portal, you confirm that you are an authorized Deleopol Hotel staff member, contractor, or administrator and agree to these terms and applicable hotel policies. If your authorization ends, you must stop using the portal immediately.

2. Accounts and access

Use only your assigned account and keep authentication details and private connection links confidential. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, bypass access controls, or connect an unapproved Telegram identity, group, mailbox, Google account, or external service. Notify hotel administration promptly if credentials, devices, or linked accounts may be compromised.

3. Workplace communication

The portal supports hotel communication through department chat, company email, internal records, notifications, review workflows, and approved integrations. Use these services only for legitimate hotel business. Communications may be retained, audited, assigned, reviewed, or disclosed by authorized hotel management in accordance with hotel policy and applicable law.

4. Acceptable-use rules

You must not:

• access information outside your role, department, mailbox assignment, or authorization;
• upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material, or content that violates another person’s rights;
• harass others, misuse guest information, expose confidential hotel information, or send deceptive messages;
• scrape, probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to defeat security or monitoring controls;
• publish a guest-review response or perform an administrative action without the required approval; or
• use portal information for personal advertising, resale, or any unrelated commercial purpose.

5. Information and confidentiality

Hotel, staff, guest, and business-partner information available through the portal may be confidential. Access does not grant ownership or permission to copy, export, disclose, or reuse information beyond assigned work. Handle personal and confidential information carefully and follow the portal’s Privacy Policy and hotel instructions.

6. Third-party services

Telegram, Google, email providers, and review-data services are governed by their own availability, terms, and policies. Deleopol Hotel may enable, limit, replace, or disconnect an integration. Users must also follow the terms of each service they access through the portal.

7. Content and permissions

You remain responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, and authority of content you submit. You authorize Deleopol Hotel to store, process, transmit, display, archive, and back up that content as reasonably required to operate the portal and hotel services. Public review replies and external emails must follow the hotel’s approval and communication standards.

8. Availability and changes

The portal is provided as an internal operational service. Features may be updated, temporarily unavailable, limited, or discontinued for maintenance, security, provider changes, or business needs. Staff should follow hotel continuity procedures when a connected service is unavailable.

9. Suspension and removal

Deleopol Hotel may restrict or remove portal access, disconnect identities and groups, revoke tokens, preserve relevant records, and take appropriate workplace or legal action when authorization ends, security is at risk, or these terms or hotel policies are violated.

10. Responsibility and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the portal is provided for internal operational use without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

Deleopol Hotel may update these terms when the portal, integrations, hotel policies, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to any notice required by applicable law or hotel policy.
