Transparent Google sign-in
How Google account information is used
When an employee chooses Google sign-in, the portal requests only their verified email address, name, and profile picture. This information is used to create or match a staff access request and to identify the employee inside the portal.
Google sign-in remains optional. A Google account never receives hotel access until an administrator approves the request and assigns the employee’s company identity and permissions.
The portal does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or give unapproved users access to hotel communications. Details about retention, connected services, and staff choices are provided in the Privacy Policy.
